1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing BoilerForge, you agree to these terms. BoilerForge is a software product created and sold by Josu\u00e9 Andr\u00e9 da Silva Barros, operating as GoldenGlow IT Solutions (goldenglowitsolutions@gmail.com).

2. What You Get

Upon purchase, you receive:

• Read-only access to a private GitHub repository containing the BoilerForge source code
• Lifetime access to all future updates pushed to that repository
• A commercial license to use the code in unlimited projects

3. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime commercial license to:

• Use the code in unlimited personal and client projects
• Modify the code for your own use
• Deploy applications built with BoilerForge commercially

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code
• Share your GitHub repository access with others
• Create a competing boilerplate product using this code
• Claim the original code as your own

4. Delivery

Access is delivered via GitHub repository invitation within 60 seconds of purchase. You must provide a valid GitHub username at checkout. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact goldenglowitsolutions@gmail.com.

6. Disclaimer

BoilerForge is provided "as is." While we strive for production-quality code, we make no guarantees about fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for testing and validating the code for your use case.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
